The Induction Process

  1. Watch the videos (20 minutes total) showing the Safe Operating Procedure for the mitre saw, then pass the associated online quiz

  2. Book an in-person practical exam (duration: 45 minutes)

Start

If you do not have access to the ProtoLAB Canvas page, please email us at protolab@swin.edu.au

Once you pass the practical exam, you will be able to use the mitre saw.

The online modules (videos + quiz) must be repeated yearly to maintain your inducted status. The in-person exam is only required the first time you are inducted.
